Most people are overwhelmed when choosing health insurance at work. When I was new and first on the job, I had no idea what insurance benefits were - what was good, what was bad or how much I should pay for any of it. I know exactly what you’re up against. I’ll review your health plan choices at work and tell you - one on one - which plan to choose. You’ll be saving smarter now by keeping more money in your own pocket while building wealth to safeguard your future. So that you’ll be able to get the healthcare you need. So that you’ll be able to get healthcare when you need it. So that you’ll never have to worry how to pay for healthcare again.

“I didn’t know that!" I have heard that a lot lately. As I gear up for the upcoming Midyear HSA Review for 2026, I have spoken to a lot of people about how to best optimize and maximize Health Savings Accounts - especially for 20 and 30 year olds who are new to getting health insurance at work and have little experience or knowledge as to any of it. And then there are the benevolent parents who keep their adult kids on their insurance until they are 26 years old - because…it is so darn cheap. But is it? Just because you can do it, does not mean it is the best solution. In many cases, the adult kid is losing money because Mom and Dad want to take care of them. You have to take a look at each plan to determine what makes the most sense for your kid. And to the adult kids, you need to take a look at what you are offered at work and not just take Mom and Dad’s handout because it is what you are used to and it’s easy.
Which looks better to you? And which is better than being on Mom and Dad’s plan? Option 2 is way more cost effective than Option 1. Option 2 is way better than Mom and Dad’s because you’re $250 ahead in the tax-free HSA column. If you’re 22, that can wind up being $1,000 plus compound interest before you turn 26. Why turn down free money? Don’t leave it on the table. I cover this and lots more in the Midyear workshop. Click here to join. Join now and you’ll get a 1:1 with me at no cost. There are still a few spots left. There is so much to learn about HSAs and you won’t find the same kind of real talk about HSAs anywhere else - cuz they don’t want you to know and I’ll tell you why. Tell your family, friends, neighbors and co-workers. They’ll be happy you included them! See ya soon! Cheers! Scott W. Dowling |
